Our Work

If you have a project aimed at building a well economy, you can also learn more about how we can work together through our services.
Shared Ownership Projects
Redesigning ownership as a lever for a well economy
Research Study on Shared Ownership
Elevating Worker Voices and Advancing Ownership
This qualitative study explores how shared ownership impacts workers, businesses, and communities—and what’s needed to make it a mainstream model for building a fairer economy. Based on in-depth interviews with employee-owners across Colorado, the research highlights both the promise and the practical challenges of shared ownership models.
Field Building
Creating Bridges to Advance Shared Ownership
We’re advancing ecosystem development at the local and state level through coordinated narrative building, targeted messaging, and cross-sector outreach. Our work brings together diverse networks and disciplines through strategic convenings designed to align efforts, share resources, and strengthen the shared ownership movement.
Recruitment & Education
Succession Education for Business Owners
We’re supporting recruitment and education for a Colorado-based succession planning and shared ownership cohort. More information to come.
Regenerative Economies
Applied systems design for equitable and sustainable local economies.
Narrative Initiative
Awareness Building for Regenerative Economic Development
Through a strategic narrative program, that includes videos, social media, OpEds, and guides, our team is increasing awareness and elevating examples of how local economies can reframe their economic development programs through a lens of regeneration.
Program Development
Putting Theory Into Action
In collaboration with the Regenerative Economies Lab, our team is researching and developing plans that municipalities in Colorado can adopt to begin to work towards building healthier and more resilient local economies.
Care Economy Work
Child Care System Solutions-Journalism Project
With support from Gary Community Ventures, our team is working on a year-long journalistic project that aims to highlight the issues facing our child care system, why those issues matter to diverse audiences across Colorado, and how we might begin to deliver solutions.
